    The answer to that question is now a resounding YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!  We now have two physical locations.  We are located at Irwin Street Market located at 660 Irwin Street Atlanta GA 30312 near Inman Park and McDonough Street Market located at 515 North McDonough Street Decatur GA 30030.  our hours of operation in both places in 11 am to 7 pm Tuesday through Saturday.  So come out and smell the candles.

    How much is delivery?
    For all orders  shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout.

    How do I place my order online?
    Your order may be completed online by simply clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to order.  Your order will be placed on our secure server requesting your confidential shipping and credit card information.  The secure server will protect and scramble the shipping and credit card number with Industry Standard SSL encryption technology.  Your privacy and security is our number one priority.

    Can I order by phone or fax?

    Yes.  Our hours of operation are 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.  Phone order: 888.216.7499 Fax order: 404.745.0468.

    Can I pay for my order by personal check or money order?

    Yes.  3pieceonline.com accepts money orders, personal checks, business checks. You can pay via e-check upon checkout or you can mail the payment.  All checks must clear before merchandise will be shipped.  If you would like to pay by check or money order you can mail the payment with the product code listed on the check or money order to: 3pieceonline,  1463 Benteen Ave SE, Atlanta GA 30315

    What is your return, exchange & refund policy?
    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original packaging within 14 days for an exchange or refund.  To return an item just call or email us to receive a Return Authorization number.  Exchanges are less all actual shipping charges.  Refunds are less all actual shipping charges.

    How long will it take to receive my order?
    Items will ship within 48 hours.  Arrival time is generally 7-10 business days. 

    How will you ship my order?
    We ship USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground for most items within the U.S..  Oversize items may ship via Truck.  Trucking orders are curb side delivery & you should expect to have help available upon arrival.  Please inspect all packages for damages before signing the bill. 

    What about international delivery?
    We will ship furniture throughout the world utilizing UPS Worldwide Express and Expedited Service.  All other items will ship worldwide via USPS and parcel post.

    Is wholesale pricing available?
    Wholesale pricing is available. Please submit your request via the contact form or email me directly at info@3pieceonline.com. Upon receipt of your request I will email you the pdf wholesale form.
