How much is delivery?
For all orders over $50.00 shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout.  All orders $50.00 or less shipping is free using U.S. Priority Mail.

How do I place my order online?
Your order may be completed online by simply clicking the "Add to Cart" button below the item you wish to order.  Your order will be placed on our secure server requesting your confidential shipping and credit card information.  The secure server will protect and scramble the shipping and credit card number with Industry Standard SSL encryption technology.  Your privacy and security is our number one priority.

Can I order by phone or fax?
Yes.  Our hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.  Phone order: 888.216.7499 Fax order: 404.745.0468.

Can I pay for my order by personal check or money order?
Yes.  We accept money orders, personal checks, and business checks. You can pay via e-check or you can mail the payment to our address.  All checks must clear before merchandise will be shipped.  If you would like to pay by e-check I will send  an invoice via Paypal or Google Checkout  to your email address.  Once the funds clear your merchandise will ship.

What is your return, exchange & refund policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original packaging within 7 days for an exchange or refund.  To return an item just call or email us to receive a Return Authorization number.  Exchanges are less all actual shipping charges.  Refunds are less all actual shipping charges.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Items will ship within 48 hours.  Arrival time is generally 5-7 business days.

How will you ship my order?
We ship USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground for most items within the U.S..  Oversize items may ship via Truck.  Trucking orders are curb side delivery & you should expect to have help available upon arrival.  Please inspect all packages for damages before signing the bill.

What about international delivery?
We will ship furniture throughout the world utilizing UPS Worldwide Express and Expedited Service.  All other items will ship worldwide via USPS and parcel post.

Is wholesale pricing available?
Wholesale pricing is available. Please submit your request via the contact form or email me directly at info@3pieceonline.com. Upon receipt of your request I will email you the pdf wholesale form.
