So my son attends Neighborhood Charter School in Grant Park. He has been there since Kindergarten and he is now in the 3rd grade. I love NCS it is very centered on ensuring that the kids are learning and not just repeating something for testing. As a charter school we are a public funded school however we receive 1/3 less funds from the state for our necessities so we have a lot of fundraising activity throughout the year. However the Fall Fling is the coup de gras it is where we raise the most money for the year. Well this year 3 Piece participated in the retail section as well as donating two gift baskets to the silent auction. Above are a few pictures from the function. It was by far one of the best events I have done all year. I mean from the crowd, food, drinks, music. It was absolutely fabulous!!!! I can't wait to do it again next year. I also met some really cool people.
